London is one of the coolest cities in Europe, if not the world. The English capital has many things going for it including famous museums and art galleries, a strong alternative scene and plenty of great bars, restaurants and shops. There is also many great funky and unique hotels to try and many people try to source an original place to stay while in the capital. If you are looking to stay in cool hotels London or unusual hotels London here are three hotels you shouldn’t miss:-
1. Hide Hotel – This new boutique hotel isn’t in the centre of the city but still has a good accessible location in the north London suburb Hendon. It’s a small hotel that has only been recently built but is already receiving rave reviews. Each of the 23 hotel rooms come with private bathroom facilities and a beautiful contemporary design and décor. A good choice for a city boutique hotel that won’t leave you out of pocket.
2. Number Sixteen – This gorgeous boutique hotel has been designed by critically acclaimed interior designer Kit Kemp. It was originally one of the first boutique hotels in London and when it started to get a little tired it was given a makeover. Now it is one of the most aesthetically pleasing small boutiques in London. The décor is stylish, quirky but still very traditionally English and a great choice in London.
3. Twenty Nevern Square – This is a great value four star boutique guest house filled with flamboyant antique architecture which gives it a colonial Indian feel. Actually established in 1880 the hotel is a very popular choice for a cool hotel in London. The hotel offer 20 guestrooms at very reasonable prices and a great central location. Everything I provided including bathrobes, daily newspapers and there is even a 34 hour room service.
